3. Client Responsibilities You, the client, are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information necessary for the development process.
• Ensuring that all content (text, images, logos, etc.) provided for the website is legal and does not infringe on any third-party rights.
• Communicating promptly and effectively with the eCom Shper team to ensure timely completion of the project.

4. Payment Terms

• A deposit of [Percentage]% of the total project fee is required before work begins.
• The remaining balance is due upon project completion, before the website is delivered or launched.
• Payments can be made via Credit/Debit Card, Wallet ( Jazzcash /Easypaisa).
• If additional work outside the scope of the original agreement is requested, additional fees may apply.

5. Intellectual Property

• All designs, code, content, and materials provided by eCom Shper for the project are the property of the client upon full payment.
• eCom Shper retains the right to showcase the completed project in its portfolio unless explicitly requested otherwise by the client.

6. Confidentiality We respect your privacy and agree to maintain confidentiality about the details of your project and personal information. We will not disclose any information to third parties without your consent unless required by law.

7. Deliverables and Timelines

• eCom Shper will provide a project timeline and deliverables list based on the client’s requirements.
• Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, but we will notify you promptly and work together to resolve any delays.
• If the client delays providing necessary materials or approvals, the timeline for completion may be extended.

8. Warranty and Support

• eCom Shper offers a [Number of Days] day warranty period after the website launch for fixing any bugs or technical issues.
• After the warranty period, ongoing support and maintenance services are available at an additional cost.

9. Termination of Services Either party may terminate the agreement at any time by providing written notice. In case of termination, the client will be responsible for all work completed up to the point of termination, and no refunds will be issued for payments already made.

10. Limitation of Liability

• eCom Shper will not be held liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the website, including loss of data, revenue, or business.
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

11. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes related to these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Pakistan.

12. Modifications to Terms eCom Shper reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated terms will become effective immediately upon posting.
